Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 7-14 business days.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that sale items are eligible for store credit only.

Do you offer a warranty on your leather goods?

Yes, all Saben products come with a 12-month manufacturing warranty. This covers faults in materials and workmanship, but does not cover fair wear and tear.

How should I care for my Saben bag?

We recommend using a high-quality leather conditioner every 3-6 months and avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or moisture to maintain the leather's natural finish.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and interest-free installment options like Afterpay.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we can only make changes or cancellations within 60 minutes of the order being placed.
